I am a first-year MBA student of Mason School of Business at College of William & Mary. My concentration is Supply Chain Management and International Operation.

I am looking for an internship in Supply Chain Management.  My successful background in the Apparel/Retail vertical includes all aspects of sourcing including: product development, SMS order, merchandising, production, shipment and tracking. I would like to use my experience and expertise to help drive Supply Chain Solutions to your Company                         

Before studying in Business School, I have spent 9 nine years working on development, purchasing and production for international top brands in garment industry in China. My successful background in Apparel and Retail vertical includes all aspects of soucing: Product Development, Merchandising, SMS Order (Sample Development), Production, Shipment and Tracking.  Some of my special skills include: inventory management, eCommerce, and risk evaluation

I also participated in establishment of our company's private brands in Chinese domestic market, contributing to the company's strategy of created-in China. 

I love the development work, I always feel the sense of achievement when we make the designers’ ideas and concept thinking into real production and real sales. I am passionate about these creative experience. 
 
In this winter break, I am working on the internship in the tourism team of Mecklenburg conty, Viginia. I benefited a lot from this internship and learned how a small town promoted its tourism and how the American local government run. I also shared my experience, understanding and mentality of Chinese travelers and tried to figure out how to introduce this beautiful town to Chinese travelers and attract them to travel here.

Tourism Marketing Intern

--Took charge of baby collection of Jeep Brand’s development and bulk production for Chinese domestic market and succeeded in completing this project as our department’s first trial to process the domestic market.
--Handled development and bulk production of Stokke Brand, Norway’s top brand in infant textiles, and achieved sales volume of USD 2,000,000 in the first quarter of 2014, ranking top2 highest growth rate in our department.
--Took charge of order process of Boppy Brand, American Brand for Baby and Mother Products, and attained purchase volume of USD 1,000,000 in the first half year of 2014.

Project Supervisor

-- Participated in building the private brand EVERHONEST, transformed the company from an OEM partner to a founder of private brands.
--  Developed second-tier private brand Everliber, initiated B2C e-commerce by building online shop on Taobao.
--   Built a design studio with Italian Cooperative Company, enhanced innovation of design and global sourcing ability.

Brand Manager

--   Led a team of five to develop new customer market of HugoBoss and helped the company become the first cooperated manufacturer of HugoBoss in China and signed a $2 million contract.
--   Executed a transition of production processes to lean manufacturing principles, driving quality assurance for exporting process within specifications at the demand rate.
--  The brands & retailers I worked with including: Tawil (America),DUO (America) Les (Canada), Happy Kids (Canada), Lindex (Sweden),  Johnashfiled (Italy), ADD (Italy), Marimekko(Finland), Wal-Mart, Target, Babies “R” Us, Winners.
--   Managed the department, projects, budgets and process; supervised staff and administered performance reviews; conducted the recruitment and selection of employees and the management and development of trainees. 
--  Participated in the 2010 FATEX manufacturing exhibition, sourced and developed potential new clients, evaluating client quality and fit, and succeeded in developing new customers; signed

-- Developed the cooperation with Armani Brand; later became its biggest OEM partner in North China and achieved $8 million sales.
