My role is rooted in people development and acceleration, all while elevating our fitness community through powerful experiences and connection. I manage a large team, consisting of assistant managers, key leaders, and educators. Our focus is to continue creating brand resonance in Knoxville, expanding our reach through powerful experiences and social media strategy, and creating lifelong guests.

Managing a showroom was the stepping stone to bring a full sized store to Knoxville, TN. I did this through powerful community connections, people development, and cross functional relationships. The showroom was less focused on retail, but developing grassroots marketing strategies that resonated with the Knoxville community and demonstrated the capacity to open up a fully functional and successful store.

I opened the showroom in Knoxville, exposing the lululemon culture, brand, and apparel to a brand new market. My focus was cultivating community experiences to create brand resonance in the area.
