I am a hard­working warehouse,logistics professional  supervisor with 11 years of experience running the  efficient operation of company warehouses and cross dock facility.  My background has included  supervising staff, stocktake, maintaining inventory levels, loading/unloading, receipts and  despatches, safe use of forklifts and other equipment. 
As a warehouse supervisor  have supervise a team of  20 staff and above,  am responsible for  training, instructing and supervising. Many of my staff members are young and inexperienced  so it is vital that I provide comprehensive training, maintain motivation levels and offer plenty of  feedback, especially in regards to safety hazards.     In addition, I am a highly organised person, with decision-making ­making and problem solving skills. In  my present position, as well as my previous position at NFI. my role involves balancing many  responsibilities, including maintaining stock levels and providing on­floor customer service, in  addition to staff management. I am required to prioritise tasks and ensure that the warehouse is  running smoothly at all times.     
My qualifications have provided a theoretical framework for my experience in the industry I have completed many professional development courses to keep my skills updated.     I would welcome the opportunity to discuss my eligibility for this exciting role in person

In charge of a team of 6 employees assume full responsibility in all warehouse factions ( scheduling crews to pick and delivery of material, receiving, storing, picking, and loading. Performing daily systems generator cycle count. Working with Project manager and Construction manager on order materials and tools for service tech. Knowledge of system Oracle. Help control labor cost by adding new process to stems workflow on inbound and outbound.  Create new template for job aid. Manage scheduling hour and time cards, reviews and disciplinary action for my employees
