Developed and launched, Localian, a lifestyle brand influenced by vintage hot rod and motorcycle culture. Inspired by Native San Diegan’s pride in their hometown, Localian sets itself apart from other brands through a focus on philanthropy and support of local small business manufacturers. Localian donates a portion from each online sale to the purchasers’ charity of choice, with over $2,000 raised in the first 6 months of operation.

o	Created brand based on market research of current brands in targeted space. Established brand direction and creative brand standards. 
o	Implemented grassroots marketing campaign attending Southern California events to drive sales and brand awareness in conjunction with an aggressive social media calendar. Utilizing Instagram and Facebook’s reach Localian realized an Instagram follower base increase from 0 to 1000+ followers in just 2 quarters.
o	Established management system utilizing online software to sync web store with QuickBooks accounting software to manage inventory, track A/R and A/P, manage budgets and ensure product was manufactured and PO’s were shipped within 1 – 2 business days.  
o	Utilized online shipping options to minimize shipping costs resulting in a 68% profit margin.

• Created premier transportation services company providing patrons with superior customer service and luxurious automobiles swith bookings through 619 Services, as well as Uber.
•	Lead logistical operations for the licensing and registration of all vehicles.
•	Direct financial analysis; creating driver incentive programs and facilitating positive financial growth.
•	Through break-even analysis and assessing prime hours of operation, 619 Services was able to maximize driver performance thus increasing revenue per hour, resulting in a 9.7% increase in gross revenue per week since inception.

Managing Partner

Directly managed operations in the following departments: 
• Sales – initiated weekly meetings with inside sales department along with a structured calendar of daily tasks and goals to increase productivity and maintain focus. Used feedback to create weekly promotions, customer buy-in programs and tailor marketing efforts. Grew sales force from one inside sales person to a sales team consisting of a VP of Sales, two regional managers, and over 30 outside sales representatives.

• Warranty and Customer Service – streamlined the process for consumers; resulting in a 12.5% increase in daily productivity.

• Accounting – created list of reports to be submitted on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule outlining sales numbers (wholesale and retail), current inventory of goods, promotional accounts and budgets.  

• Marketing and Design – Oversaw rebranding of Gatorz based on market research of current customer to design new logotype, brand standards, point of sale and promotional materials.

• Shipping logistics – Examined shipping options to reduce shipping timelines and costs.  

• Tracked performance against defined yearly plan for budgets, sales expectations, production needs, marketing strategy, and necessary trade shows, resulting in positive year over year sales growth and brand awareness.

• Performed market research and customer analysis of  Gatorz customer to realize tremendous sales growth online (137% average increase in Quarter 1 and 2 of 2014 vs. Quarter 1 and 2 of 2012) through social media initiatives (300% increase in Facebook followers), drip marketing systems, and brand ambassadors to help promote the brand. 

• Proactively sought new venues and industry relationships through targeted opportunities to develop strategic partnerships with complementary brands to grow brand awareness, resulting in sales increases. of 12.8% in total sales over the prior year.
