Unload deliveries of boxed product. Prepare product for shipment to store. Operate manual forklift with heavy palettes. Assist with deliveries/heavy lifting. Set up/take down for company events. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse.

Greet customers upon entrance and handle all cash and check transactions. Assist customers in-person and over the phone regarding park operations, product, lessons and events. Provide information and customer service on a wide variety of department programs, facilities, policies, and procedures to program participants and the public. Assist in the hiring and training of part-time recreation leaders. Provide input on staff performance evaluations. Schedule, assign, and monitor work and provide face-to-face leadership to program staff. Enforce rules and regulations to assure the safety and welfare of participants. Ensure safety training occurs on a regular and reoccurring basis. Prepare accident and incident reports. Resolve conflicts or complaints in order to address public needs. Perform related duties as required.

Assist customers in-person and over the phone regarding their product warranty issues. Organize and book in newly received watch and wetsuit warranties. Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace for the service center.

Work directly with Majors Accounts Manager to successfully manage and ship customer orders in a timely manner. Coordinate drop shipments for outside vendor E-commerce orders. Communicate with the warehouse regarding shipments and returns of customer orders. Input sales orders and create invoices via AS/400.
