Or playing it. i have always been an avid colorado sports fan and i try to get myself involved in anything around the community to help sports programs grow. i have coached for many years in lacrosse at the high school and youth level programs.

I have worked a multitude of different positions ranging from retail, to sales, administrative, customer relations, purchasing and public relations. My current position is an Admissions Advisor for an online University where my duties are to interview prospecting students, ensure all necessary paperwork are completed correctly, help students get into there classes and advise students of their financial obligations.

My goal is to obtain a position that will challenge me daily and work in a fast paced environment. I want to be able to prove to my employer that I am someone they can count on when tasks need to get completed or when projects are due. My goal is to also to root myself with a company I can help grow and to bring fresh ideas for the company to use in future endeavors.

?Conduct student interviews to identify educational goals based on past experiences, including any college credits earned, enrollment processes, degree requirements, and program options
?Proactively identify potential barriers within the student enrollment process and initiate steps such as overcoming smoke screens and discovering motivations resulting in resolution
?Monitor student participation and progress through the enrollment process to ensure students are aligned with University policies
?Utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to address and proactively resolve student issues to ensure a positive experience
?Follow up and coordinate with team members to assist students with financial aid, technical issues, and obtaining necessary documentation to make the process seamless for the student 
?Assist potential and current students in understanding their financial obligations while partnering with students’ assigned finance advisors
?Use professional knowledge and perspective to relate to new and prospective students by establishing professional rapport to add to the University’s student experience
?Analyze entrance examinations to ensure student qualifies for admittance
?Received awards for percent to goal ratio (150%) and retention (100%) in the month of May 2014
