Managed domestic production in knits and woven. Created a formula-driven Excel Master Purchase Order file that automatically calculated yields and linked to each individual purchase order, eliminating duplicative entries and providing a single-source access to accounting, purchasing, and operations. Strategically planned and sourced domestic factories to produced 300k units per month to accommodate orders without production delay. Provide solutions to optimize garment construction to increase speed and efficiency during production without sacrificing the look of the style.

Developed product and managed pre-production to domestic and import production. Developed a production timeline inclusive of apparel processes from material purchase through distribution, modifiable by project, creating accountability, and more timely and accurate productions. Identified and fixed a production problem in a timely manner to avoid production delay and delivered the product 7days earlier than the expected due date. Managed and approved colors/lab dips, quality of materials, and fit to company’s standard. Making sure all the materials are tested prior to production to ensure the quality of the product meets the company’s standard.
