For my most recent role I designed and executed the sales strategy for new Horticultural Lighting segment in North America for Current Lighting(Formerly GE Lighting). this included developing and recruiting Distribution and Reseller Programs. we grew the business over a 4 year period from less than $1 Million in Revenue to over $25 Million in revenue over a 4.5 year period up to the sale of the division this fall.

Current is a company evolved from GE Lighting Industrial Lighting that sells energy management and efficiency
systems. I have been leading and developing the commercial sales for North America Horticulture Lighting.

• Developed Reseller and Distribution Strategy for Horticulture Lighting Channel.
• Manage (6) Sales Agents and (1) inside sales representative.
• Manage sales contracts and execution.
• Developed marketing development program for distribution channel.
• Coordinate with global counterparts developing global customers.
• Work with Product Management developing new product requirements and providing market requirements within the space.
• Work with marking on trade show planning and social media.
• Work with operations on forecasting and manufacturing planning.
• Represent Current Lighting on speaking on industry panels.
• Grew Sales over 300% from 2020 to 2021, exceeding goal by 20%.
• On track to grow sales for 2022 over 200% and exceed goal.

Sales Development Manager
Directed all sales and marketing activities for the petroleum and banking market in North America. Focused on
acquiring new specifications for the end user's signage and lighting. Established relationships with specifiers and end users to facilitate specifications and sales growth.


• Responsible for closing one of the largest specifications of lighting and drivers for 2018/2019 resulting in over $2.5M in new business over the life of the program.
• Develop specifications for Sign Programs with 3 largest banks in the USA resulting in over $2M annually.
• Work with operations providing 60/90 forecasting for new programs.
• Worked closely with specifiers to help develop robust pipeline for 2019 and 2020.
• Developed distributor, end user and specifier training for entire sales organization.

North America Sales Manager Horticulture Lighting

Recruited to 3D Systems to be part of a team to develop reseller channel in the Western US and Latin America for new line of 3D printers being developed for more consumer application.

• Developed new reseller program in Western States for new 3D printer technology.
• Signed on and grew reseller base by 500% within the first 4 months.
• Developed reseller training and marketing program for channel partners with no previous experience selling 3D printing
equipment resulting in 200% increase in revenue in first year.
• Created professional sales presentations for new team designed to guide new prospected resellers through process of becoming a new reseller, through contracting, credit, and training of their sales force.

Develop and execute key strategies that focus on customer requirements and expectations while growing the sales of LED lighting products within the West/Canada West Region, effectively manage and develop
relationships with distributors, OEMs, End Users and specifiers to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction within a rapidly changing business environment.

• Through an excellent understanding of the customer and their needs was able to grow territory from $6.7 million to
$8.3 million in 2015. Exceeded sales plan in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4thquarter of 2016.
• Manage distribution stocking and flow business.
• Train OEMs and distributors to differentiate high quality, low total cost of ownership products from low quality, low
initial cost products and utilize this ideology to drive sales throughout the Western US and Western Canada.
• Conduct seminar format training classes to educate potential and current customers on industry trends, regulations,
product features and the benefit of ownership of LED systems.
• Maintain an active pipeline of 3-4X operating budget using Salesforce as primary tracking tool.

Promoted to Eastern Region Sales Manager before being transferred to managed Western Region. Trained
reseller and distributors how to value sell large format equipment focusing graphic artist, sign and banner
printers, map printers.

• "GM Sales Person of the Year in 2004".
• Received to Sales Rep award for consumables by achieving 110% of plan in 2nd	Qtr of 2005.
• Developed sales strategy with resellers bundling extended warranties with leases resulting in top service sales person in
2004 for selling most extended warranties.
• Won Chairman Club first year by achieving 110% of plan and ranked 9th	in worldwide sales.
