I gained experience recruiting in both High Volume and Ramp-up environments. I currently supervise a group of 20 other recruiters in which I was highly involved the the development of their training.

I was a part of 15 specific trainers that were involved in overseeing all the elections training throughout the County of Orange. For every held elections, I would independently train over 400 elections volunteers as well as county employees to ensure they could legally work on elections day.

I worked my way from Instructor guard into the role of lifeguard trainer. I was involved with certifying the seasonal 100+ city employees that would be working throughout the summer. I also helped develop the water safety program that was taught throughout all the local schools.
