I have been a customer service representative for a year at Backcountry.com. I have been helping customers with any order issues or product questions to the best of my ability.  Working with international customers helping them find the right product out of the 300,000 products we carry.  It can be a little daunting for foreigners to search through that much product. That is where I come in to make their shopping experience a little easier.

Chatting with 3 customers at a time. Fixing any issues they may have. Helping guests find the right products for the customers needs. Affiliating any exchanged or returns. Communicating with foreign customers and making sure their needs are met. Placing orders for customers and helping with any promotional codes.

Customer Service Representative

Setting up and tearing down 5K fun runs. Creating a good and easy course to see and run. Helping runners with anything they need and making a fun and interactive experience for our guests.

Production Team

Running ski lifts to keep our customers skiing all day long. Creating a clean and easy ramp to get on and off the lift. Moving excessive amounts of snow. Making sure the customer is having the best time possible.
