Responsible for the creation of all background designs for the book, ensuring that the styles and colors are consistent. Manage the creative process, ensuring that all typography and images are consistent and legible across all marketing materials. Designed branded items for our comic book fans and worked with vendors to acquire smaller promotional merchandise such as wristbands and t-shirts.

Led the initial asset migration of over 20,000 images to our new digital asset management system with Brandfolder. Responsible for all new images being uploaded. Ensuring that all the metadata is corrected to keep consistent. Communicates daily with internal teams regarding project tasks status. Identify new workflow processes of image ingestion and retrieval of all assets to eliminate incorrect or duplicate files. Train new users with best practices in Brandfolder.

Manage new product introductions by working closely with both production and merchandising teams to make sure all silos are shot and added to the web. Manage and maintain 200+ design center store pages. Including adding and removing designers from pages, updating bios and headshots. Approving UGC images via Olapic for posting on our products and designer portfolios. Work closely with Digital creative teams to provide images as needed, including working with production team to color correct all new photography. Assisting with the creation of web banners. Hot-spotting bi-weekly digital magazine with Zmags Publicator. Adding that to our 3 separate locales US, CA and international Monthly hotspotting of new Room Inspirations via Zmags Creator

As an Intern, i was there to assist the senior graphic designer with daily web design projects. I designed many works from A-spot advertisements to full site wire frames.

I would handle all print jobs as they came in on a daily basis. I have experience with managing files for print, usage of the Xerox 700, Epson 9900 large format printer, and Epson 3800. Gained experience with printing booklets.
