Throughout my 12-year career, I have held international sales leadership, account management, and engineering roles consistently exceeding goals, driving revenue, and expanding our client base. Executes sales initiatives to expand market share in both high tier and high-volume markets for wireline and sickline technologies. Manages a team of five Sales Engineers setting goals, reviewing performance, executing joint sales calls, and providing informal coaching with an emphasis on pipeline quality, activity and deal strategy. Fosters long-term relationships with C-Suite executives to secure contract renewals and up sales. Defines annual sales and marketing strategies and develops tactics to effectively manage all elements of the sales lifecycle from initial tenders to final deal closure. Identifies outstanding opportunities in the sales pipeline to enable the delivery of accurate forecasts to corporate business leaders.

Key Accomplishments:
* Recipient of the 2015 annual award from the President of the Wireline Segment for achievement in new technology revenue in wireline sales with a personal accomplishment of 75% over goal.
* Led team successfully receiving Schlumberger's Bronze Award for market growth performance in 2016.
* In recognition of team performance recipient of award from the President of the Wireline Segment for overall financial performance in 2017.
* Raised location annual revenue consistently delivering a 5-7% YoY increase.
* Achieved 13 team wins for exploration tenders; have not lost a tender to a competitor throughout tenure.
* In 2016, led tender negotiations during a challenging downturn in the Oil & Gas industry. By proposing tailored solutions closed all long-term contract extensions with major clients valued at $40MM annually.
* Closed in excess of $10MM in aggregate up sales of new technology exceeding goals in wireline sampling and production logging.
* Designed and delivered 68 uniquely tailored technical and commercial proposals which translated into a 15% increase in revenue growth and 5% market share increase in 2018.
* Co-authored and published the release of four case studies detailing the application of new technologies.
