Since graduated from university, I have worked in apparel business for 6 years:
3 years in online development sales + 3 years in offline production operations.

1. Proficient in operating all business processes of garment manufacturing for 3 years:
design, sample, quotation, procurement, production, shipment, finance, negotiation, etc.
2. Proficient in speaking and translating among English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Minnan dialect.
3. Good at communicating with customers and each department, and following up all the processes independently, ensure them running accurately and timely.
4. Good at finding customers online through various tools and operating e-commerce platforms for 3 years.
5. Have a number of efficient and stable supply chains of garment factories, which can support monthly production of over 100,000 apparels.
6. Have rich perception and understanding in the styles and designs of American fast fashion women's wear.

Our company serves these famous women's wear brands in US:
Carlotte Russe, Fashion Nova, Forever 21, Windsor.

Work Content:
1. Contact customers through e-mail, WeChat, phone and face-to-face meeting; guide them to visit the garment, fabric and accessory
markets, pick out the apparels and fabrics that may be hot in US in coming few months.
2. Communicate with the Amerian merchandisers, designers, factory director, paper pattern makers, sample makers, fabric buyer, external factories' merchandiser, workshop supervisor, back-end supervisor, shippers, financial personnel, etc., acting as a One-to-Many operational bridge.
3. Purchase or customize sample fabrics and accessories; arrange develop sample work.
4. Translate fit comments, draw simplified sketches to make them easier to understand; arrange fit sample work; inspect sample size spec and shoot photos; send customers color charts, instock quality swatches and accessaries.
5. Make cost budget, offer quotation and delivery date; arrange pre-production sample work; purchase or customize bulk fabrics and accessories, send customers bulk swatches or lab dips.
6. Inspect, return or replenish bulk fabrics; arrange cutting bulk fabrics and production sample work.
7. Update daily production schedule; make various lists of material, fit comment, production and package for each order; follow up express delivery, shipment, after-sales work.
8. Remind customers to pay for downpayment and balance; make bill breakdowns, fix invoice errors, negotiate cost-sharing items with customers.

Leaving Reason: 
1. One important customer (Charlotte Russe) was bankrupt, the boss plans to only focus on domestic business in future;
2. Now I can only get based salary without commission and bonuses.

Achievements: 
1. Every work process can be accurately followed up and completed in time, never make any big mistake.
2. Can get along well with different customers and staffs to ensure work can be done as requests.
3. Creatively helped customers and our company solve various unexpected problems, avoided losses and maintained business going on successfully.

Our company provides various clothing customization for production:
OEM, ODM and other services for global customers.

Work Content:
1. Find customers through e-mail and phone resources, Alibaba, Facebook, Google and other platforms.
2. Contact customers by email, message and phone, promote them our products and services.
3. In various ways guide customers to place orders, promptly respond to their questions within 24 hours.
4. Convey the production requirements to sample room, fabric buyer, workshop, back-end department and forwarders timely.
5. Ask customers for downpayment and balance in time according to their payment methods.
6. Optimize Alibaba platform daily: release new products online every day, optimize products' keywords and pictures, operate Through Train and Top Booth; attend training courses to follow up new regulations, so as to increase product exposure rate; guide customers to place orders online, in order to improve conversion rate; operate Credit Guarantee Orders, etc.

Leaving Reason: 
1. I had no basic salary, only had commision from the profit distribution;
2. Boss cheated me in cooperation: she privately and dishonestly raised the order cost many times to defraud my profit share.

Achievements: 
1. According to different customers' countries, industries and needs, innovatively customize quotation chart with multiple options to each customer, so as to guide them to place orders maximally.
2. Good at finding customers through my unique paths on the e-commerce platforms.
3. Can use different communication methods basing on the personality, gender, belief and cultural background of different customers, shorten the distance with them and maintain friendly cooperative relations.
