I worked at Mission Cliffs for almost 2 years. I worked my way up from entry level belay staff working kids parties to the highest position working the front desk of the gym. In addition I ran their kids program, was the assistant coach of their teen climbing team, and was the companies only intern where I was a direct assistant to the gyms manager.
