Duties: 
Schedule meetings and take notes
Manage Media Department’s project calendars
Personal tasks for Head of Media and SVP of Media to alleviate their busyness 
Help coordinate travel
Research for projects 
Recruit hires within Media Department  
Communicate with talent and all other departments to meet project needs 
Organize shot lists for shoots, field notes, call sheets, production photos, travel itineraries, etc. 
Maintaining files and records in office and in digital format 
Assist with all needs and run errands during production on set 

Skills: 
High level writing skills 
Organization and attention to detail 
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Creative energy
Team player and able to succeed in a fast pace, high pressure environment
