SPLAV manufacturer/retailer of outdoor gear, outdoor clothing, casual clothing, military clothing and gear (Manufacturing in China, Russia and North Korea). Products are sold in 36 outlets around Russia through directly-owned stores and franchises, as well as online. Responsibilities: -Sample development launch and follow-up based on the information from HQ's designers and technicians. -Cost analysis and cost negotiations with vendors. Figured costs item by item to understand discrepancies between factory pricing and our own estimates and where cost could be reduced. -Worked with HQ designers and technicians team with order and pre-production samples, confirming size grading, quality standards and all requirements were met. -Placed factory orders. Worked closely on order follow-up, production & samples development control, time issues, quality control and making sure that all deadlines were met. -Followed tight schedule of all time related issues; samples development deadline, product

-Launched new collections monthly based on structured data from HQ's designers, technicians and pattern-makers. -Sample development. Worked closely with cut & sew factories throughout China, edited on and worked with information provided by head office. -Costing. Analyzed and calculated the actual cost of the new collection items based on costing information provided by InCity and by the suppliers and manufactures. Collected and updated data on fabric/trims/ workmanship costs on a regular basis so quotes and estimates would be correct. -Exhibitions and trade fair visits. Attended specialized conventions in Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, and Guangzhou. - Assisted rep office general manager. Worked with Chinese legal advisors on papers/document translation, taxation issues and all visa services for the employees. - Reviewed Quality Control reports and set up Quality Control inspections with QC team supervisor. Analyzed and discussed Quality inspections issues with Moscow office technicians

-Sourcing & buying trims, fabrics and accessories from China for company's own factories in Moscow. - Sourcing new suppliers for trims, fabrics and accessories. - Order follow-up for fabrics, trims, accessories -Worked with Procurement department & Supply department in Russia on sample development, making sure that all quality requirements and samples/shipping deadlines were met. -Quality Controlled trims/accessories bulks if necessary. -Launched the project of buying and producing accessory lines in China for collections; belts, bags, scarves & promo-gifts -Sourced all factories, costing, order follow up, QC and shipments.
