Leads a multi-year program to optimize the find and decide customer journey on thermofisher.com with the goals of driving traffic from search engines (SEO), optimize conversions from marketing storefronts and improve the ease of finding products within the e-catalog. Main responsibilities:
• Defines the program's yearly scope, goals and strategy in partnership with a large team of business and functional leaders
• Leads customer insights studies to identify user's point of view and identify areas of opportunity. Advocates on behalf of the customer, working backwards from an ideal end-state UX to a scope breakdown of workstreams and projects
• Obtains approvals on funding, keeps track of budget, oversees resource allocation and manages timelines
• Periodically reports the status of the program, risks, countermeasures and help needed to a steering committee of senior leaders
• Oversees the program analytics, having led the development of a dashboard of KPIs
• Identifies complex problems hindering the achievement of performance goals, leading cross-functional kaizens to outline root-cause analysis efforts and prioritize countermeasures
• Oversees the efforts of vendors and dedicated project managers
• Ensure psychological safety, healthy feedback culture and conflict management within and between teams

Led the product strategy of a customer loyalty digital platform (www.thermofisher.com/aspire), overseeing its product development from inception to maturity. It generated $23M in incremental revenue, acquired 15% of the addressable user base and was selected as the winner of Loyalty360's 2019 Platinum Award for B2B Customer Loyalty. Main responsibilities:
• Outlined the product vision starting from an executive's high-level business idea
• Vetted and optimized the program's value proposition through Listening Labs
• Led recurring Voice-Of-Customer analyses: moderated contextual interviews and surveys to uncover user problems/desires, and a combination of moderated interviews and un-moderated tests to vet the usability of new and existing functionalities
• Ran multivariate and A/B tests as part of the continuous improvement of the platform
• Directed customer-centric UX efforts by testing the value and usability of ideas on prototypes
• Designed a KPI dashboard to measure the program success and incremental enhancements
• Elucidated incremental product strategy, annual goals and obtained funding
• Administered and prioritized the product's backlog, and interfaced with the product team to ensure that functionalities reflected requirements and were bug-free
• Led a cross-functional team of +20 resources, including: a UX designer, a data analyst, customer research analysts and vendors, two dedicated scrum teams, ERP/ETL/Data Warehouse engineers and other digital product teams

SR. PRODUCT MANAGER, CUSTOMER LOYALTY

Led software projects for automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Took ownership of the timing and budget of the projects delivery. Elicited business requirements from external clients, produced wireframes and outlined functional requirements. Main projects:
• Lexus Enform Remote: mobile app to allow Lexus owners to remotely control their vehicle (e.g., turning on and off the engine, locking and unlocking the doors)
• Toyota Maintenance Scheduling: in-vehicle app to allow drivers of Toyota vehicles to schedule service appointments at authorized dealerships
• Jaguar & Land Rover Owners Mobile App: mobile app to allow vehicle owners to keep track of service history, see vehicles for sale, and book appointments at dealerships
• Toyota Direct Marketing Engine: platform that triggers an automated cadence of maintenance reminder direct mails, e-mails, SMS and phone calls. The messaging and attached coupons are personalized based on the vehicle model, year and maintenance history

• Managed the on-boarding of new clients to utilize the socialede.me platform

• Analyzed client's specific requirements for platform customization and enhancements
