•   Implement accounting policies for startup company
•   Prepare weekly cash flow forecast for CFO and Controller review

•   Assist Senior Director of Finance with annual operating budget preparation for entire company
•   Review monthly budget-to-actual detail and create variance, income, and expense analysis
•   Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly including all sub-ledger accounts
•   Prepare month end allocation journal entries such as fixed assets and stagehands payroll
•   Reconcile all production rentals for billing and deposit refunds
