*	Responsible for business development in the Aerospace, Medical, Industrial and Sporting Goods manufacturing industry.
*	Received the largest business award for 40 million with Space X for their starlink satellite program.
*	Opened General Atomics, a 2-billion-dollar government defense contractor to manufacture parts for their military drones. My business award was over 1 million in the first quarter of working at Signicast
*	Traveled throughout California weekly for in person meetings with potential key customers to potentially increase new business opportunity for Signicast.

*	Responsible for launching Sakroots into the Specialty Lifestyle Channel and grew new revenue over 2 million in the first year.
*	Grew and developed a new distribution channel in the outdoor and surf channel for handbags and footwear with 4 seasonal deliveries.
*	Hired 10 key independent reps, opened major national accounts like Tillys, REI, The Buckle and Pacific Sunwear.

*	Managed the Ocean Minded business unit under Crocs Footwear. Crocs is a 1.2-billion-dollar global public company.
*	Lead a national sales team consisting of 16 well-qualified sales representatives and travel with them frequently.
*	Hired Global distributors and worked with the Crocs Global sales team to expand the brand in Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
*	Developed personal relationships with accounts to grow the brand in over 1000 retail action sports locations.
*	Managed and opened large retail chain locations, such as Pacific Sunwear, Zumiez, West Marine, The Buckle, Journeys, Tilly's, DSW and Dillard's to build the U.S. business from 1 million to 8 million in 3 years.
*	Worked directly with the executive team to plan quarterly forecasting, product development, line segmentation strategies, advertising campaigns, and trade shows.
*	Coordinated and presented product sales clinics to educate the retailer about our brand message and product.
