Colorado’s premier Fly-Fishing Guide Service and the recipient of the coveted 2014 Orvis Guide Service of the Year award out of 544 Outfitters Nationally and Internationally. Fly-Fishing opportunities were offered on public and trophy private water, Rocky Mountain lodging, and all inclusive packages, wing shooting, angling schools and destination travel.  
•	Designed, developed and implemented marketing and sales campaigns, special  events, customer incentive programs and contests.
•	Promoted Services; generated leads and initiated Sales.
•	Hired, trained and managed a 16-person Guide team.
•	Increased business by 50% in 2013 with more than 450 guide trips sold.

Sales Associate / Interim Store Manager  (2007 to 2010)
Engage team and instill Orvis vision, mission, core values and culture as ambassadors of the brand. Recruit, hire, develop and train store associates in delivering sales and service objectives.  Manage multimillion store inventory and tailor merchandise strategy to space and floor plan consistent with market. Design creative and effective presentations, visuals / POS, maximal sell-thru by product placement, and signage.  Oversee payroll planning and schedule.

•	Managed stores in both Cherry Creek and Park Meadows––tailoring the Orvis brand and merchandising strategies, and sales 	plans for each store to meet the unique demographic tastes and demands in both of these distinct markets.
•	Develop Fly-fishing training outings, demonstrations and create trip incentives and lead fishing expeditions to local favorites and 
	exotic places such as Belize.
•	Achieve sales expectations Year over Year (YoY) by building client book and utilizing suggestive selling, add-on sales, and 	personal testimonials.
•	Appeared live on 9 News Denver with Susie Wargin about the abundance of great places to fly fish in Colorado.

Public Recreation and Cultural Facilities
Assistant Recreation Director (2000 to 2006)
Managed, coordinated and evaluated of the town’s nationally recognize public recreation and cultural facilities serving the needs of the 40,000 residents of the Parker community, served by the recreation and cultural facilities.  Recruited, hired, scheduled and trained new employees and managed a total staff of 250.  Developed long / short range strategic plans and oversaw an annual operating budget of $2 million and $15 million in capital improvement projects.

•	Received the Town’s Distinguished Service Award for Management and Performance.

Managed daily operations of the $4 million Parker Recreation Center.

Assistant Recreation Director

Assistant Recreation Supervisor - Washington Park Recreation Center (1995 to 1997)
Collaborated with Recreation Supervisor in assessing programs, budget, planning activities and programs to meet organizational goals.  Participated in the hiring, orientation, training and termination of all recreational staff and provided on-going mentoring and assessment of full and part-time staff performance.  Responsible for all accounts receivable and cash reconciliation.  Monitored budget performance, assisted with forecasting and preparation of annual budget.

Program Coordinator - Washington Park and Cook Park Recreation Centers (1991 to 1995)
Researched and adapted new activities into current recreation programs for specific age groups and developed / coordinated all youth athletics and cultural activities.  Prepared records and reports for revenue and park expenditures.
