As an e-commerce/sales and marketing manager at Basham's Factory Surf Shop, I combine my passion for surfing with my expertise in Shopify, social media marketing, and content creation to attract new customers and followers daily. I have created and managed an e-commerce website that showcases and sells a wide range of products, from new and used surfboards to accessories and apparel.

With over nine years of experience in the cycling industry, I have also designed and brought cycling apparel to market, sourced manufacturers, attended trade shows, and built a loyal client base. I have a proven track record of increasing sales, retaining key accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to grow and expand my career in the sports and outdoor sector.

Apparel Production Designer / Sales and Marketing 

•	Created an e-commerce website
utilizing a third-party e-commerce platform such as (Shopify)
•	uploading all products with pictures and descriptions for sale within the shop onto the website. Examples (new and used surfboards, traction pads, leashes, wetsuits, board bags, wax, and so on)
•	utilizing a third-party eCommerce platform to control in-shop inventory
•	create content (video and pictures) to attract new customers and followers daily
•	set up a shop through Facebook and Instagram so customers and followers could purchase products through Facebook and Instagram
•	capture and analyze the relevant social media metrics insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use the information to refine future campaigns.

Managed and provided customer support for 300+ motocross dealers nationwide. Analyzed dealer inventory needs to facilitate Galfer product stocking in retail shops. 
- Produced yearly catalog offerings and special promotional advertising to increase sales.
