Motorcycle training for Street and Dirtbikes

Successfully manage daily operations of training site including, but not limited to: Schedule multiple range sessions, classroom sessions, and monthly meetings. Train hundreds of students each year. Establish and maintain outdoor range facilities, including 30 motorcycles. Coordinate efforts with Palomar College to uphold the highest standards of instruction and customer service for students seeking motorcycle training. Create marketing materials, distribute information to promote the Basic RiderCourse and the importance of formal motorcycle training.

Oversee several state-level Quality Assurance teams that are responsible for monitoring performance by ensuring safety and compliance to international training standards and benchmarks. Schedule over 400 quality Assurance visits a year. Created several fundamental documents to help with professional development and policies and procedures. Helped develop multiple motorcycle safety curriculums which included pilots testing and deployment worldwide. Developed national quality assurance training to certify employees to conduct quality assurance visits. Conduct quality assurance training for over 18 states. Extensive public speaking and training experience, deliver professional development workshops for several hundred employees.

Manage California Quality Assurance team and ensure polices and procedures are follow by over 170 training locations.

Invited to join the statewide Quality Assurance Team to help ensure CMSP high standards of training.

Oversee and support DirtBike School (DBS) Providers and the DBS program

Taught motorcycle safety course (MRC:RSS) on range and in classroom on a weekly basis. Promoted to Site Coordinating Instructor on May 2002. Scheduled multiple range sessions, classroom sessions, and instructor meetings. Conducted motorcycle maintenance for Palomar College, Orange Coast College, and Mount San Antonio College training programs. Scheduled students for Costa Mesa, which included receiving tuition payment and resolve student complaints by telephone

Scheduled tee times for general public at the golf course. Managed pace of play on the golf course, enforced course rules, and handled disputes between players. Taught novice and intermediate level players as the assistant golf professional. Bookkeeping and inventory control in the pro shop, snack bar, and entire dining facility
