In less than 12 months, have taken eufy Security from zero percent market share to #4 in wire-free security cameras and #4 in video doorbells (per NPD, March 2021), and have grown the business by over 1000% YoY (2019 vs. 2020). Broke the top-10 in total security camera market share in October 2020 (+1700% YoY). eufy Security is one of the fastest growing brands in the smart home security space.

Worked for the New Age Electronics side of the business (Consumer Electronics) and directly managed a team of internal and field sales reps & account managers, selling consumer electronics products into major national retail (brick & mortar and .com), regional retail (NATM, PRO and others) and alternative channels. I was responsible for a $150MM+ book of business with full P&L ownership. Managed key/strategic vendor & customer relationships with emphasis on channel penetration and growth.

As a member of the New Age Electronics team at SYNNEX (consumer electronics division), I was the lead product manager over the Samsung Consumer Electronics line including the following product categories: LED TV, LCD TV, Plasma TV, HTIB, Blu-ray & DVD, Digital Still Camera and Camcorder.

Responsibilities included:
- Vendor Management - Relationship, contract & program terms, product procurement & planning
- Sales Management - Ensuring product sell-thru & inventory turns, P&L ownership, account authorization, build & develop strategic partnerships with resellers, promotional planning & marketing
- Marketing - Both internally within New Age/SYNNEX and externally to resellers & end-users, ensuring execution of vendors promotions.

Oversee and direct the field sales & marketing activities for a portfolio of Clients in the Consumer Electronics industry. Had direct responsibility for strategic operations as well as account and staff development, including contracts, pricing, profitability, staffing, labor utilization/prioritization, field and corporate staff quality, and overall execution of Client goals.
