As the Design and Marketing Manager, I was responsible for creating and managing marketing strategies for the company including trade show marketing, print advertising and collateral, and packaging design and development. I also was heavily involved in new product design and development projects for outdoor brand clients such as Browning, Real Tree, and Mossy Oak. This included various types of products such as soft goods like technical mountaineering packs to pet products and hand tools under various brands licensed by Signature Products Group. I was partially responsible for helping acquire a new product license to develop a line hunting bags and packs for the Browning company. As Senior Designer, I was responsible for designing and developing new sporting goods and products under the STX brand. I also designed and developed Nike Brand products for STX and official licensee. I worked on both soft and hard-goods including lacrosse padding and lacrosse sticks and heads for high-end collegiate and professional use. - STX - NIKE

With Vortex Outdoors I was responsible for designing and managing development for mainly packs and bags for the outdoor market specifically hunting and fly fishing markets.
