Post acquisition, hired to assess the global sales structure and annual revenue contribution per brand and to develop the go forward sales and distribution strategy. In the first year, revamped the North American sales force, signed key international distributors and delivered a 111% increase in global topline revenue. Prioritized the critical brand objectives needed to build demand in the market. • Developed the three-year business strategy and budget to support each brand's growth and profitability objectives in key global markets. Integrated with global counterparts to ensure brand strategies were aligned for all regions. Achieved mid to high double-digit growth annually in North America (33% average) and globally (40.3% average) since 2015. • Implemented the Go-To-Market (GTM) process across all brands with design, product development and brand marketing to create seasonal initiatives that leveraged each brand's market position and fulfilled a market opportunity. Presented the brand strategies and go to market plans to North American reps, global sales managers, regional distributors and key strategic accounts. • Leveraged retail relationships in order to maximize the North American key strategic account business. Worked to ensure GTM driving assortments were booked, marketing collateral was delivered and that brand performance met and exceeded sell through and margin targets. By 2019, NA strategic account sales made up 23% of the total global revenue.

Along with global product management, coordinated rep and retailer reviews at critical stages of the product development cycle to validate these initiatives and ensure a best in class product range. • Worked cross-functionally with all departments to develop each brand's seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the wintersport category. Presented the product and marketing initiatives to key accounts in preseason roundtables, the rep force at sales kick off and supported these initiatives at regional and national tradeshows. • Recruited a team of 35 - 40 sales reps / account managers with a shared passion for wintersports and lead them through the seasonal sales cycle. Collaborated with cross-functional department leads to develop best practices to support the wintersport business. • Traveled extensively with sales reps, account managers and marketing leads to strengthen account relationships and to better understand each brand's local market position. Developed regional sales and marketing strategies in order to increase each brand's market share. • Managed the seasonal product buys and inventory cycle, from purchasing preseason inventory to selling in season inventory to closing out remaining ATS at season's end.
