• Familiar of cycle counts with components and final goods. • Supervise the services and weekly activities of inventory control (cycle count) operators, shipping clerks and production support coordinators. • Familiar with Pick, Pack and Ship of domestic and international shipments using SAP and barcode scanner. • Familiar with functional knowledge of WMS and the supply chain management process. • Develop demand forecasts on packaging materials • Administer and maintain monthly cycle count program, analyze results, investigate variances and recommend process improvements to improve accuracy. • Review project program material requirements, analyze current inventory levels and recommend additional ordering quantities and appropriate delivery schedules. Coordinate with supply chain analyst to plan for work orders, project inventory and manage planning forecasts. • Maintain the warehouse and storage floors and surrounding areas in a clean and safe manner, ensuring that the work equipment is well maintained for productive and safe operations. • Perform inventory replenishment processes to ensure adequate inventory stocking levels are maintained to support requirement of maintenance and capital projects. • Create standardized-warehouse tags for visibility, traceability and 5S compliance. • Participate in the development of short and long-term forecasts on budgets and operations. • Analyze inventory usage and stocking levels to minimize stock outs and/or disruption in supply of material to various departments (shipping, packaging, production support, forklift )

• Manage Receiving, Returns, Projects, Import/Export /Customs departments. • Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, finished goods warehouse activities, and responsible for safety, productivity, quality, inventory control, cost management and continuous improvement objectives. • Recommend ongoing improvements to current processes/procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance and cost savings. Use 5S and Kaizen to organize and standardize areas and files. • Provide analytical support and reporting for different aspects of the supply chain and trade compliance performance. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle an ever changing, fast paced critical work environment. • Manage and report on key performance metrics, program updates and on-going projects. • Manage on-going partner vendor relationships and develop new ones as needed to support company's continuing growth. • Responsible for internal and external audit responses and interactions with agencies. • Develop, build and manage a best-in-class distribution team through active selection, hiring, training, evaluation and disciplinary processes.
