I am responsible for acquiring and processing inventory and samples for each season in order to photographed and ultimately sold online. I have daily contact with vendors and various internal departments to manage a smooth work flow of all product and time to site. I oversee all men’s on model photo shoots from shoot sheet creation, prepping of product to the pre-styling of product. I organize the return of samples to all vendors at the end of each season. I work with my team in SharePoint (Task management tool) to assign and maintain daily KPI’s. I have implemented new processes and procedures to help with our product time to site. I’m responsible for running daily reporting to help maintain KPI’s and track inventory. Most importantly I focus on product time to site.
