Achieved a Bachelors of Science in the field of Industrial Technology and Packaging from CalPoly SLO in spring 2019. Adjusted major to Industrial Technology and packaging to pursue an interest in product design and development. Took advantage of the operations management concentration to further understand the nuances of the manufacturing industry. Was able to complete a Minor in Religious Studies in addition to major studies.

CalPoly Graduate Currently living in San Diego, CA. 

Professionally, I am interested in product design and development. I am always eager to improve personal craftsmanship and explore quality focused product creation. I attained a degree in Industrial Technology from CalPoly SLO. This degree blends manufacturing methods with design and marketing. My concentration also focused heavily on product and process development/improvement as well as supply chain and (lean) operations management. 

In my personal life, I am an active member of the Downhill Skateboarding Community. I have 7+ Yrs. of competitive Downhill Skateboarding under my belt. My time being surrounded by the skateboard industry has lead to an interest in quality product production and iterative design. I am interested in pursuing this passion entrepreneurially and am eager to step into roles that bring me closer to that goal.



Took over ownership of Earthwing Skateboards, managing all business operations. Earthwing has been in business since 1998 under the successful ownership of Brian Petrie. We both share an immense passion for skateboarding and its community. The skateboard market of the late 2010s proved difficult for most skateboard and longboard companies to navigate, however 2020 showed the first signs of growth in many years. With these indications, Brian and I began efforts to reboot Earthwing in early 2020. In August, we were able to make a transition of ownership. We continue to work together to get Earthwing reestablished. Our current model ensures that we will continue producing quality skateboards while also making a large effort to support the growth and sustainability of the skateboard/longboard community. While Brian is no longer directly invested in the skate industry, he has entrusted me as owner of Earthwing and will continue to offer his support as we move forward.

Remotely manage and maintain all IT operations across the Echo Hospice portfolio including Corporate environment as well as regional offices. Responsible for the maintenance and distribution of IT equipment for remote corporate employees as well as 5+ regional offices, spread across multiple states. Manage a contracted help desk and solve escalated issues which extend beyond the help desk's capabilities. Assist with the IT portion of New employee on-boarding as well as Terminations. Work with a team to establish new IT infrastructure for new/relocated regional offices including - ISP contract, Firewall management, network setup, IP phone setup, management and distribution. Manage Microsoft Licensing and distribute access to our share point resources. Managed small team of regional support employees before shifting to help desk/contractor alternative.

Promoted to Director of IT - Echo Health Management January 2023 - Echo Health Management exists under the Accord Capital umbrella.

Primary role was to provide customer service over the phone, email and live chat. Secondary role as a longboard (skateboard) specialist. In this role I worked to produced visual media and put together product showcases for the longboard department. In the Customer service department, I routinely dealt with problems regarding missing or damaged product and worked with shippers and customers to find return solutions.

First tier technical support for the whole of Cal Poly's Student body, Emeritus (Retired staff/faculty), Alumnus, and Non-Faculty Campus Staff. 1.5 years as Student Supervisor over the Service Desk and SLA departments. Service Desk duties included; providing assistance with general technical issues over the phone, running campus operator, and responded to ticket based technical requests. As SLA, assisted senior staff with computer imaging and various desktop support functions for CalPoly Staff.
