- Globally source all supplies and components for the manufacturing of direct to consumer lawn machinery and garden products, both direct and indirect material and outside services. - Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and resolve conflicts. - Establish detailed production schedules within the constraints of the manufacturing plan and available resources to maintain proper levels during critical seasons - Directly supervise and coach up to 32 employees performing manufacturing work and facility maintenance - Solve problems while producing recovery plans while updating Executive Management of any deviation in the manufacturing plan - Handle material management including planning of Just In Time Inventory, Consumable Inventory and releases of items purchased with seasonal blanket purchase orders. - Work with engineering to help develop new products, assembly tooling and methods. - Update and write new assembly and quality methods to improve end product. - Constantly apply Lean Principles to manufacturing departments. - Execute hiring and performance appraisals, train all employees in job safety, procedures and certify forklift drivers. - Schedule periodic maintenance and acquire supplies for all maintenance operations.

- Internationally installed lithography equipment in the customer's clean room, following all protocols set forth by the customer. - Interfaced with the customer to set up schedules for completion and facility demands, while tracking all barriers and delays that occur during the process. - Optical alignments were performed to assure proper placement and assembly of illumination modules. Electrical and lithography tests were then executed to assure that equipment met or exceeded the specifications set. - Compiled data package of all testing performed and signed off tool with customer's engineering representative. - Involved in process improvement team, coming up with better test and assembly procedures and documentation also worked on SPC data collection spreadsheets to help interpret data from testing. - On call to travel to customer's site on zero notice to troubleshoot equipment as a factory expert.

- Installed and tested other critical flight control components used on several different rotary wing aircraft. - Installed other power plant mechanisms such as engines, drive shafts and transmissions on aircraft. - Performed mechanical and installs on various aircraft using hand and air tools. - Completed structure per military specifications using repair procedures. - Use of blueprints and inspection devices required.
