As Vice President of Sales and Purchasing at Biltwell, I play a key leadership role in driving the growth and efficiency of both our sales and procurement operations. I oversee demand forecasting, purchase order management, inventory control, and the development of strategic sourcing plans to ensure optimal product availability. On the sales side, I lead efforts to expand our global dealer and distributor network, ensuring our products reach the right markets and customers effectively. Despite the ongoing challenges of the post-COVID landscape, we continue to achieve steady growth through adaptability, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of our industry.

VP of Sales & Purchasing

At ICON, I was responsible for developing and maintaining a strong retail dealer network to achieve and exceed the strategic goals set by our parent company. This role focused on executing targeted sales strategies to drive retail growth, expand market share, and strengthen overall brand presence. I established clear, achievable sales objectives for ICON product lines, aligning them with evolving industry trends and consumer demand. Collaborating closely with the Design and Development teams, I ensured that product assortments and price points met market expectations. I also worked in tandem with Brand Specialists and distributor rep teams to guarantee exceptional account service and consistent communication. In addition to managing and training Brand Specialists, I created effective sales tools to support the field team and drive performance. I also managed key accounts directly, partnering with reps to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging and execution. This role required strategic leadership in shaping the direction and performance of the ICON brand’s sales efforts.

Brand / Sales Manager

I was responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with Triumph dealers and key stakeholders, with a focus on driving dealer success and brand growth. This role is central to supporting and developing dealer performance across retail and wholesale sales of motorcycles, as well as authentic apparel, parts, and accessories. I also lead initiatives in marketing and dealer development to enhance operational effectiveness and market presence. These efforts directly contribute to increasing customer lifetime value, maximizing profit per unit sold, and delivering a premium retail and brand experience aligned with Triumph’s standards.

Regional Manager

Assist with strategic management and direction of the sales aspect of the ICON brand.  Communicate directly with retailers to ensure product sell-in, inventory levels, and sell through.  Assist with development of sales tools including catalogs, sales sheets, sales programs, POPs, etc.  Assist with training, motivating, and working directly with distributor's sales force.  Work with General Manager and Marketing staff to meet sales goals and crucial deadlines.  Help develop marketing plans in line with company philosophy. Assist with well-prepared, educational, engaging presentations for sales meetings and other events with both internal and external customers.  Attend sales support functions such as trade shows, events, and promos.

Brand Specialist

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail sales channel, with full responsibility for planning and executing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service by providing the right products and addressing customer inquiries effectively. Forecast sales performance and ROI while managing inventory needs for trade shows, rallies, and other events. Lead event merchandising efforts to ensure displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and customer-friendly. Manage all company social media accounts and support the VP of Sales with various marketing initiatives. Additionally, collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and dealer partners to ensure they receive the training and resources necessary to drive effective sales at the consumer level.

Retail Sales and Social Media Manager

Sales and technical support via email, phone, and with walk-in customers. Sales at dealer events, rallies, and trade shows. Powerlet has over 300 product SKU's and relevant staff is required to know the difference between them all.

Technical Support and Sales

Performed maintenance, major repairs, diagnostics, assembly, and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on the full line of Triumph Motorcycles. Factory-trained and certified at Triumph America Headquarters in Newnan, GA. In addition to my role as Lead Technician, I took on service department management responsibilities during my final two years, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key tasks included writing service orders, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the parts, sales, and technical teams to maintain seamless dealership operations..
