Listing Package Design: Utilized Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually appealing Marketing Materials for listed properties. This includes Listing Packages,
Flyers, Email Blasts, Aerials, and Maps.
MLS Management: Produced hundreds of online listings for MLS sites like CAR, CREXI, CPIX, and Loopnet. Updated information on these sites as needed.
Legal Doc Organization: Created hard copies of legal documents like Listings Agreements, Lease
Agreements, Sale Agreements, Listing Extensions, and Listing Amendments. Organized these
documents by listing agent and property address.
Event Planning: Organized catering, signage, and decor for an "Open House" promoting office
space available for lease. Within 6 months of the Open House, the space was fully leased.

Qualitative Consulting: Obtained knowledge regarding skiers preferences, techniques, and further
insights from seasoned ski experts which resulted in ski equipment manufacturing design
improvements.
Sales Consulting: Consulted with customers regarding purchasing skis and personally sold 40+
pairs of skis ($750) on average per set, which generated approximately $30,000 in revenue.
Demo Event Operation: Aided in the organizing, set up/tear down, and conducting of ski demo.
Designed ski displays for demo and built repour with potential customers demoing skis.
Product Placement: Rearranged ski, apparel, and accessory layout in Shaggy's showroom to convey an appealing "outdoors" style. These changes helped customers better envision the brand

Annual Revenue Forecasting: Performed forecasting methodologies which included product
distribution, Visual Qualitative Consumer feedback, Product Placement, etc. resulting in annual
revenue prediction. Estimated first year revenue for CPG companies launching new product in values of 3 million+ dollars.

International Package Redesign Awards: Partnered with leadership to analyze vastly diverse data
sets of 50+ products and companies, comparing change in revenue before and after a package
redesign. Analysis covered 12 months of sales data tracking growth of product sales above
median revenue for product within category.
Informational Cyber Security Podcast: Presented to Vice Presidents of Nielsen as an idea to increase brand trust and awareness among Gen Z to foster a new generation of Home Scan
Families. Home Scan is a panel of families across the world who provide their TV viewership,
Product Purchases and Food Purchase data for marketing research in return for a paid an annual
salary. Podcast would help educate about data security and what being a part of the homescan
would be like.
Corporate Food bank Volunteer: Participated in National Global Impact Day (NGID) where all
10,000+ employees volunteer within their community. Individually contributed to Chicago area
food bank feeding 1,500+ people in need.
