*  Create 2D products into 3D products designed by the Engineering team.
*  Work one on one with each Product Engineer to develop, create patterns, source soft goods, source sewing contractors, and test SKYDEX structural polymer components as well as completed products.
*  Developed products including athletic running shoes, knee/elbow pads, protective gear, mattresses, and pet beds.
 * Re-engineer current products lowering construction/material costs resulting in increased 20-30% profit margin on the soft good side.
*  Successfully set up new and ongoing relationships with sewing contractors derived from within my network of contractors.
 * Primary contact for all of soft goods manufacturers by traveling domestically and internationally to insure contractors maintain quality standards, price structure, and on time shipments.
*  Update test data to create continuity within test standards with each developer of a product.
* Create detailed set up procedures and documentation for each piece of testing equipment.
*Prepare appropriate documentation creating detailed instructions, drawings, photos, patterns and test plans for new products.
*  Created a library for the engineers to use as reference to track market trends, innovative materials, construction, and newly developed products.
