Brand Management & Commercial Strategies • Revamp existing brands and elevate perception among Thai consumers through appropriate marketing tactics and ensure its alignment with the company’s direction. • To drive the strategy and implementation of digital marketing strategies and campaigns across websites and digital media channels (email, SMS, social media, blogs, LINE etc.). • To prepare the company for future with an Omni-Channel business & improve shopping experience. Operations Efficiency • To bring in best practices and systems to achieve year-on-year productivity growth. • To oversee and manage the operations across the market in a consistent and efficient manner by leveraging resources and creating synergies. People • To establish an effective team structure to support the strategy for the Thailand market. To recruit, build and motivate a strong and robust winning team. • To lead and champion the implementation of talent management initiatives, such as developing of skills and competencies and succession planning, in order to enable business growth through enhanced capabilities. Compliance and Internal Control • To ensure Thailand operations are in compliance with the company’s standard and local legislation.
