January 2018 - Current Responsible for marketing deliverables on Cal Spas, Cal Flame, Quick Spa Parts, Quick BBQ Parts. Implement email marketing using Mobilestorm. Produce content for email marketing daily. Manage email lead system. Manage email campaign reports. Manage social media accounts. Produce content for social media. Coordinate public relations with TV networks and trade magazines. Write and distribute Press Releases. Produce weekly blog posts and post via Wordpress for Cal Spas and Cal Flame. Produce and update website collateral. Produce Aftereffects, Audition, Wordpress, Excel, SEO, and Copywriting.

Manage creative department for 13+ creatives. Team for six e-commerce websites including photographers, graphic designers, product describers, photo-editors, and stylist. Responsible for interviews and hiring, time- cards and attendance, quality control, track daily photo edits, manage inventory for the creative department, monitor SKU's to verify all products are online, schedule models, create invoices for models, and prioritize the team agenda. Working with social media team to create digital collateral for a wide variety of clients. Tasks include cropping images for social platforms, creating blog images, digital advertisements, banner advertisements, emailer blast for restaurants. At the end of the month social media team and I create a visual report for the marketing on all platforms. In addition to social media, collaborate with web development team to create layout design for web pages. Including collaboration with building websites by providing page layouts, buttons, pop-ups, image sizing, and element cut-outs.
