Supervised and strategized a $20.0 million construction project that finished on time
while delivering an innovative concession program;
• Led an operation team of 1204 hourly team members, as well as managing over 33
name brands such as Starbucks, Sauce, California Pizza Kitchen, Zinburger, and Cowboy Ciao;
• Consistently earned $95 million in revenues, including the earning of $28 million
under the ACDBE program;
• Constructed a 48,000 sq. ft. commissary that supplied all production, deliveries, and contracting for Phoenix Sky Harbor;
• Rated #1 in the country by two separate mystery shop programs for both Starbucks
and for the operation as a whole;
• Directed the oldest and most successful golf charity in Arizona with proceeds
benefiting the Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Senior Director of Operations

Led both F&B as well as retail operations with a new contract won via Request for
Proposal exceeding $25 million in revenue and another $9 million in ACDBE funding
• Negotiated a long-term Collective Bargaining Agreement ensuring labor stability and fair outcomes for both sides;
• Built a plan on a construction project exceeding $9 million in capital and implemented the plan on schedule.
