Quality Control Manager

Duties Include: Inspection of products at various factories, record data and report findings, lead meetings regarding quality standards and provide recommendations. Work with local factories in negotiating new prices for upcoming products.  

Duties Include: Managing shop, completing client installation tasks, ensure client schedules are met, prioritizing project and shop schedules, client interaction and quoting.

Installation/Shop Manager

Duties Include: Reporting for domestic and international accounts, managing quality assurance inspection requirements by customer and supplier, coordinating inspection schedules with Quality Assurance Manger in China and inspector prior to shipment. Tracking and reporting of inspection reports, updating internal system with results, provide recommendations or instructions as needed, coordinate local inspections with shipping department and report findings to staff. Communicate with management team on quality issues, work with local inspection and repair facilities in negotiating rates for new jobs. Weekly traveling to multiple vendor sites and setup and coordinate all sample sales and vender booths.

Quality Control Manager (Apparel)

Duties Include: Inspect, monitor, locate imperfections, verify dimensions, color, weight, texture, and strength to its highest quality before reaching the consumer, record results of inspection, calculate number of defects, prepare inspection and test reports. Shipping and receiving, building, creating, and supervising multiple warehouse projects, travel to various vendor facilities to help create improvements.

Quality Control Coordinator (Apparel)

Duties Include: Sales and service of Oreck products, routine service of vacuums, perform inspection, troubleshoot problems, provide recommendations, and repair estimates, installation of parts and replacements, upkeep of the store and training of new technicians.
