•	Implemented organizational program plan and led a 10-person cross-functional team to support emerging market offerings by leveraging offshore partners, maximizing resource utilization and reducing labor costs by 18% without headcount reduction.
•	Implemented internal workflow capacity planning procedures and performance metrics across end-to-end product development, production and quality processes, resulting in 45% increase in asset utilization and reduction in annual labor costs of $1.2M.

Senior Vice-President, Digital Supply Chain Operations Planning & Development	

Managed US$100M budget and hire, train, and coach 20-member operations team while overseeing day-to-day operations (supply chain planning, bill of material procurement, manufacturing and finished goods assembly, distribution, logistics and retail operations) across 9 affiliate countries and 8 licensee markets.
