- Delivered TOMS’ first order-to-cash process, working closely with finance partner
- Led multiple large, customer-facing campaigns that told the TOMS story and delivered best-in-class experiences that drew user engagement both digitally and physically
- Built stakeholder, department, and company confidence by conducting regular check-ins to ensure that priorities are aligned and provide issue visibility

Digital Product Owner

One of four BSAs who split managing different business units across the organization, working as a team to prioritize new features as well as production support issues.

- Migrated Canadian website from Magento to Oracle ATG
- Led implementation of a gated, timed “flash sale” website that offered discounted products to our customers
