Leveraged the brand DNA of outdoor authenticity into profitable men's graphic t-shirts, seasonal design concepts, and sustainable supply chain of eco-friendly men's sportswear and activewear collections.

•	Capitalized and increased men's graphic t-shirt sales by 48% to $32 million.
•	Directed and designed 46% of total men's sportswear (t-shirts, polo's, and knits) and activewear apparel collections grossing $225 million annual profits

•	Led in-house FILA men's and boy's 8-20 activewear with $180 million annual profits.
