-- Work closely with HR to coordinate the onboarding of new employees (freelance and regular) including workstation set up, IT, phones, and orientation
-- Conduct any competitive research needed for Creative Department
-- Assign, coordinate and manage creative staff resources (which Creatives are available and best suited to be assigned to upcoming projects to optimize time and efficiency)
-- Keep track of workload for each creative (who is working on what and coordinate with project management and account management)
