-Manage a team of 4 technical design staff who manage the size specs and the fitting process
-Manage relationships with licensees, including children's, big and tall, socks, hats, underwear, bags, and exercise equipment

-Present and sell product lines to buyers, senior management, sales force, international subsidiaries, and licensees
-Oversee quality control from initial development to delivery in the warehouse
