(Summer season contract) Hotel Zagreb in Croatia, Karlobag • Assisting GM with day to day operations. • Coordination of staff at the hotel restaurant, hotel Coffee bar and hotel Beach bar. • Working closely with other hotel departments (housekeeping, front office, administration and maintenance). • Part of Human resource team and assisting in selections process. • Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests comfort and safety. • Dealing with the customer complaints in a professional manner. • Executing all other day to day tasks given by the senior hotel managers.
