• Generating 11 month end reports from GL system GP to be delivered to our client Kaiser Permanente (185M + exchange revenue with Obama care plan) • Preparing 20 journal entries to book revenue, deferred revenue, unallocated cash, jurisdictional reclass, reclass receivable including some ad hoc entries, 29 Balance sheet reconciliation • Generating management review package including management summary, Trial Balance trends, manual subledger, AR roll forward, Flux on overall revenue impact by region/ jurisdiction , cash flow, GL vs. CDS analysis (meeting 3 days close deadline) • Major project with BI Team to convert 11 manual reports into system generated report, preparing /reviewing/approving BRD’s, running UAT to production phase
