Autonomously managed all business operations, including procurement, production, advertising, catalog development, merchandising, sales and delivery of custom and bulk apparel for wholesale business.

Key Contributions:
•	Developed start-up business from customer base of zero to over seventy five independent retailers in fifteen states plus Canada, Japan, South Africa and the South Pacific.
•	Grew sales volume by 33% in 2008; 79% in 2009; 40% in 2010; and another 35% in 2011.
•	Sourced, qualified, negotiated terms and managed performance with vendors in internationally as well as domestically.
•	Coordinated global logistics from production factories to warehouse, warehouse to retailer, and drop shipments to ensure 95% on-time delivery rate to the customer.

One of Southern California's premier surf shops, South Coast produces custom surfboards and operates retail outlets for surf related products and apparel.

Managed store operations and retail custom surfboard production for high volume retail store.  Merchandised product to maximize sales and inventory turnover. Handled all purchasing for surfboards, wetsuits, lycra and accessories.  Supervised staff of 25 employees, including hiring, firing, training and performance management.
