First & foremost I am a networker. I am a 24/7 brand ambassador and constantly forming new connections, fostering my relationships, connecting dots and making introductions for the people in my web of contacts. My educational background is in advertising and the foundation of my career has been built on guerrilla and field marketing. Today, anything in the world is easily accessible online - except for tangible human relationships and real life experiences. For this reason, now more than ever, creating meaningful moments and fostering human connection is more important in building a brand's perception and community.

2020 was a year of adjustment, learning and growth. While my role as Field Marketing Manager didn’t look quite the same as it had before March, the swift shift in focus created an opportunity for me to learn and develop new sets of skills. When events were put on hold my attention moved to partnership opportunities. This allowed me to hone-in on and fine tune my networking skills while learning the ins and outs of interpreting consumer profiles and doing the research to find brands, businesses and individuals that made sense for our products and brands based on the given strategy. 

Anyone who knows me would agree that I am a high-energy, on-the-go and driven individual. I thrive when my schedule is full and when I make space for physical activity.  I’m a surfer, snowboarder, yogi, mountain-biker, marathoner and fresh-air seeker. Outside of my career I am always immersing myself in new experiences and opportunities for growth and development. Though my career is currently centered in Field Marketing, it’s important to me to be well versed in the ever-changing digital landscape so I took Google’s “The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Course'' certification course. As a creative outlet I love to dabble in writing and recently had my third article published in SurfGirl Magazine. This past August I moved to Oakhurst, NJ and while searching for ways to give back and get involved in the community I connected with Girls On The Run and was then asked to be a member of the Young Professionals Advisory Committee for Girls On The Run of Central NJ.

Executing regionally based Field Marketing activities to deliver high quality consumer engagements while maximizing Clif Bar’s ground resources, fostering strong community relationships and noting key insights to influence future strategy. This includes leading in-person experiences that allow consumers to meet, learn and engage with the CLIF Bar Brand;  managing field marketing initiatives that include events, trial programs, and sampling missions; actively hiring, training and managing our NYC based crew and maintaining our assets, storage space and vehicle fleet.

- Implement the Regional Marketing Plan in local markets managing all tactical aspects and delivering best practices and insight for greater effectiveness of future programs.
- Hire, train, and manage a regional team, consisting of Crew and Crew Leads. 
- Coordinate regional events and activities, execute on-site promotions, and generate visibility and consumer interaction at events. 
- Support the development of new and/or existing regional relationships and identify and provide input on new opportunities that align with Regional Marketing Plan.
- Create memorable consumer engagements in line with CB&C philosophy.
- Product forecasting, order entry, and logistics. All in coordination with Regional Manager.
- Gather consumer feedback, provide intelligence regarding brand image, product performance, consumer preference and competitive analyses.
- Seek out and connect with local influencers and consumers and encourage them to engage on our social media channels to build long term connection to CB&C.
- Identify opportunities to bring Regional Marketing Plan to life through innovative activations and partnerships.
- Maintain storage units, vehicle fleet, event supplies and product inventory.

The Young Professionals Advisory Committee (YPAC) comes together to provide Girls on the Run with essential fundraising and volunteer support.
- Attend committee meetings
- Give and solicit donations for Girls on the Run
- Attend volunteer events throughout the course of the program season
- Collaborate with other YPAC members to plan fundraisers during the course of our program season
- Assist with site visits and substitute coaching as necessary
- Bolster the social media presence of Girls on the Run

Young Professionals Advisory Committee

BoomAgers is a new kind of advertising agency purpose-built to help brands seize fast growth through a deep understanding of aging consumers. Our consumer focused, values driven approach delivers insight-rich strategy and on-target creative execution for our client’s TVC, print and radio spots. Working directly with our client, creative team and media agencies I manage calendars, oversee timelines and am the liaison between these working groups that ensures projects are moving forward efficiently and on target.

Account Executive

Chuck is a non-traditional creative marketing agency prevailing in unconventional and experiential consumer engagement campaigns that connect people with brands. From street level guerrilla tactics and brand experiences to pr stunts and special builds, we create awesome campaigns for awesome brands.

Our interest lies in working with companies that look outside the box and work below the line - ultimately a client that wants to push the commonly accepted boundaries of today's norm.

 Work with agencies and brands direct to manage Guerrilla Marketing Campaigns from start to finish. This includes proposal creation, campaign ideation, project management and acting as the liaison between our agency team, vendors and clients.
