I have over 15 years of experience in the Live Event Industry including: Trade Shows, Corporate Live Events, Business Meetings, Product Launchings, Press Conferences, Press Junkets, Red Carpet Shoots, Web Video Production, Radio (NPR) and Television Production.


I have been involved in live events for The PGA Tour, The NFL Draft, BMW, Ford Motor Company, Al Gore, Planet Hollywood, The Erotica Show, Forrester Research, The Western Thoracic Surgical Association, Comic Con, and E3.

Some of the Live Shows I have been involved with include: Oscar's, The Golden Globes, The Grammy Awards, The Emmy's, The MTV Awards, The Hair and Makeup Awards, The Trailer Awards, and Sundance.

I just finished working as a Production Coordinator for the Emmy Nominated Television Show “Hell’s Kitchen”, on Fox. I have worked on Seasons 12, 13 and 14, a total of 54 Episodes.

Daily interaction with Executive Producers, Senior Producers, Editors, and Assistant Editors.
Responsible for transferring of un-edited Master Recordings from Master Control (Stage) to Post Production for cataloging and digitization. 
Accountable for Audio Masters from Set/Stage to Assistant Editors in Post Production. 
Set up Editing Suites for Editors. 
Digitize Discs from Daily Shooting.
QC Masters of Finished Episodes for video and audio glitches.
Helped design and build Voice Over Suite in Post Production.
Managed 4 Production Assistants.
Oversaw "Craft Services" for Staff of 70.
Supervised distribution and Collection of Time Sheets for Post Production Staff. 
Distributed weekly paychecks to Staff.

Production Coordinator

Arrange and implement Live Corporate Events on location. 
Specify equipment needed for shows/events with Show Manager.
Attend Pre-Convention Meetings, and Site walk throughs with Client.
Supervise Show Load-ins and Load-outs.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in real time, on location.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Audio Visual, Security, Catering, and Banquet Departments on a daily basis on location.
Check for proper "Set Up" on Location for Event with Sales Staff.
Provide estimates and final billing to Client.

FREELANCE EVENT COORDINATOR

Produce, arrange, organize, and execute projects for live events, Press conferences, webcasts, company presentations, and trade shows.  
Plan, coordinate, and specify equipment to be incorporated for projects.
Oversee all creative and technical vision on projects.
Procurement of outside services, vendors, and labor.
Create and execute production schedules, estimates, and reports.
Highly effective negotiation and budget management skills.
Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and problem solve on location.
Primary client contact on projects from inception to completion.
Responsible for task completion, follow up and quality assurance.
Extensive experience with unions on location.
