My channel knowledge helped me get invited to a special recognition trip designed for top performers at Xerox four years in a row.  These skills also helped me be the top Inside Partner Manager in 2010 and 2011 which I also exceeded target revenue by 110% and 115%.

As an Inside Channel Manager (ICM) I developed new and sustained lasting Channel Partners and sales.  I did this by contacting, establishing and maintaining trust and a good working relationship with current and new Partners.  All while working closely with internal departments and leading the development of channel programs.  This was accomplished by; improving client utilization. Resolving Partner and end-user issues and concerns.  Preparing and delivering customer presentations.  Facilitating all communications with resellers.  Forming plans for increasing market share.  Communicating Channel activities to territory Partners, leadership and team members.  And Monitoring competitor activity.
