• Established and managed all key stage gates and deliverables of the 18-month product development calendar to include: seasonal kick-off meetings, product brief reviews, product requirements, design reviews, material briefs, material testing, product testing, prototype tear-downs, material confirmation, hangtag artwork development, costing negotiation and confirmation, IGTM (Integrated Go-To Market) strategy meetings.
• Worked with Design and PLMs (Product Line Managers) during hand-offs to review technical packages which included CADs, shell patterns, construction guidelines and requirements, and material maps.
• Primary point of contact for communication and responsible for the delivery of our tech packs to our factory partners in China and Vietnam. This often included after hours, evening Skype calls with factory management to ensure our company expectations are clear. In addition, trips to China and Vietnam were required to personally walk the production lines to inspect quality and construction, negotiate costing, and build relationships.
• Established SOPs surrounding our CBDs (Cost Breakdowns) in terms of frequency of delivery from our factory partners, content, and format. Started within our own team first and then implemented this SOP companywide so that all product teams were following the same process and format.

Developer I - Outdoor and Sportstyle Footwear | 08/2017 - 05/2019
• Work with Design, Materials, and Product Line Management during hand-offs to review technical packages including CADs, shell patterns, and material maps.
• Upload all relevant documents to Centric and clearly communicate all to our Asia factories.
• Submit Supplier Requests, approve tooling and lasts, request cost sheets for all styles.
• Responsible for scrubbing CBDs (cost breakdown sheets) to make sure costs are within the set target.
• Selected as a member of our Learning and Development CoP (Community of Practice) to improve our supply chain onboarding and processes company wide.
• Chosen to improve our “Step-In Comfort” by testing multiple sockliner options from several vendors with over 160 participants.

• Project Manager, whose role was to manage the relationship between Under Armour and our partner Qualtrics. Through Statements of Work (SoW), responsible to draft, prioritize, and budget improvements to our testing portal and insight platform.
• Facilitated meetings with Qualtrics team to mitigate issues and to develop each SoW on time and on or under budget.
• Responsible to test, implement, and train the team on the functionality each SoW. Created how-to documents and videos to assist in the training process.
• Selected to conduct a comprehensive system evaluation of our field-testing platform using a decision matrix and two pilot tests. Presented findings and conclusions to senior management.
• Managed the testing protocol and procedures for the Outdoor, and Lifestyle categories.

Product Testing Analyst I - Outdoor Footwear | 09/2015 - 09/2016
• Created a series of templates including a Project Tracking Book using Google Sheets for the team and management to use as a dashboard to assess, track, and monitor the team’s projects and workload.
• Managed a Fit Panel Training for over 70 participants including internal employees and external volunteers in both the Portland and Baltimore offices. Training for the panel consisted of shoe nomenclature, shoe development, sensory perception, and the relationship between all.
• Use a wide range of platforms to include Qualtrics surveys, interviews, testimonials, pictures, videos to gather feedback from testers and consolidate trends into clean, concise reports. These reports are used to collaborate with product line managers, developers, and designers to critique and make meaningful improvements to the product line.
