I grew up here in Southern California and have always enjoyed art and design. I graduated in 1993 with a degree in architecture from the University of Southern California.  After graduation I moved to New York City to pursue my dream of working as a designer and artist. After spending the next 12 years there, I managed to marry and have kids and decided to raise my kids back where I grew up. So, in 2005, I moved my family back to the O.C.



Meet and communicate with clients from California and New York to determine specifics on projects. Create unique visual designs for the entirety of the customer base with the final say on product development.
Selected Achievements:
	•  Developed innovative designs for multiple high-profile clients such as King Features Licensing,
	Hearst Corporation, and Asics America.

Headed social media design and start-up across the company, ensuring a strong digital presence among potential clients and monetization for influencers and tastemakers. Raised awareness about the company through branding, app development, and marketing strategies. Led product design initiatives, overseeing and guiding teams of professionals throughout the entirety of the projects.
Selected Achievements:
	•  Established key branding that rivaled other social media platforms.
	•  Created and developed the UX for the company website and app.
	•  Represented the company’s interests through close communication with influencers and BDs.

Chief Design Officer

Taught martial arts and fitness to a wide variety of students, ranging in age from three to sixty-three.
Selected Achievements:
	•  Successfully established both school locations within the state.
	•  Mentored over 300 students through the processes to becoming a black belt.

Owner / Chief Instructor

Managed all business operations, including finances, invoicing, negotiations, and strategizing.
Selected Achievements:
	•  Co-established the studio with two fellow principals and six in-house designers.
	•  Directly influenced over 1,000 projects during the entirety of the studio’s existence.
	•  Worked closely with the licensees of numerous large companies, including Disney, 
	Warner Brothers, King Features, MLB, NFL, and MLS.

Assisted the CD with the management of a design staff of 12-15 artists for new product development, design, packaging, showroom display, photography, advertising and marketing.  Lead designer and head of art direction for all product involving sports licenses acquired by the company.

Responsible for packaging design for a variety of cosmetic and corporate clients including Avon, Estee Lauder and TDK.
