I have a degree in Journalism Advertising from San Diego State University. I have vast experience in sales, customer service and everything related to brand identity and awareness. I love the surf/skate industry and everything about extreme sports, and am determined to make a living doing something I love.


`•	Efficiently manage multiple high volume delivery/pick-up routes, ensuring all freight is delivered on time and no scheduled pick-ups are missed.
•	Work closely with the Sales team to investigate sales leads and help open new accounts.
•	Work one-on-one with customers to help identify their Ecommerce needs, and deliver high end service to help ensure our partnership is successful.

•	Lead the store with sales, helping customers in choosing anything from sunglasses to surf apparel.
•	Worked alongside Sales Representatives daily in keeping merchandise organized and presentable. 
•	Handled any special orders that directly involve contacting Sales Representatives.
•	Made it a necessity to keep great relationships with Sales Representatives and anyone involved with wholesale buying from the various companies whose products we sell.
•	Paid close attention to detail, especially with current advertising campaigns and marketing strategies to help close sales within the store.

I am currently seeking a new position in the same industry where I can be more hands on with the all around operations of running the business, not just managing it.

Assistant Manager

•	Managed one of the highest volume PACSUN clothing stores in San Diego.
•	Was in charge of a staff of 20+ employees.
•	Merchandised a large store daily to make it visually appealing and strategically placed merchandise based on previous sales numbers, to push maximum sales.
•	Worked hard daily to reach sales goals and even personal incentives with various brand’s products, we carried in the store.
•	Product knowledge and sales strategies were learned on a weekly basis.

I left here to persue my passion of the surf and skate industry and took a chance with a non corporate store called Mission Surf.

•	Completed the Manager in Training program successfully in 3 months.
•	Managed a team of 150/80 employees depending on store location.
•	Managed recruiting, interviews and the hiring/onboarding of new store associates.
•	Trained associates on the importance of following strict brand standards, and encourage involvement in keeping the brand image consistent, daily.
•	Trained employees on the importance of good customer service and the impact associates can have on store experience.
•	Was a key holder, with knowledge of how to successfully open and close a large high volume clothing store.
•	Often used as a relief/travel manager for stores needing assistance.
•	I have provided management at 6 store locations (Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister brands). I temporarily managed 2 brand stores in Utah, who needed additional management assistance.
•	Prepare bank deposits nightly.
•	Can successfully run a sales floor consistently for as long as 8 hours.
•	Have had extremely successful Black Friday results, always exceeding company goals.

I left here excited with my new full-time work experience to get into an industry that I would enjoy.
